This is the gorgeous 'Swiss-Family-Robinson' like resort I just came back from. It's about 1 hour away from Lima,is completely secluded from anything and everything(ie, no internet, no phone lines, no TV, Nada.) and is owned by Santiago(who is an MMer). He invited this young guy,Ed, who comes from the high society of Lima, to go there and asked Stephanie and me if we wanted to go there too for a few days to help him witness to Ed with our music and happy, smiley faces.
So we stayed there 4 days and the first night I was there I was like "Ahh its so boring, I want to go home." But of course after 4 days of music, witnessing, pool, FANTASTIC food(Santi is a professional pastry chef and teaches at a cooking school), night time bubble baths, prophecy time, and nothing to worry about, I wished the excursion could have lasted a few days longer.
I must've gained 1 kg a day the food and deserts were so good. It was so relaxing I didn't even know I needed that time away to unwind and find peace of spirit. It was really, really nice...I'm so going back there again in a few months to do it all over again. TYL
